The Internet configuration has been updated to use both the primary and secondary 50 Mbps lines.
The previous network issues have been resolved, and you should notice improved Internet speed and overall performance. This setup also provides better reliability, as traffic can continue through the other link if one connection goes down.
The printer drum has been replaced with a new unit.

The printer drum has been replaced with a new unit.
This replacement is expected to permanently resolve the frequent paper jam issue. The printer should now operate smoothly, including during 2-sided (duplex) printing.
